Embedded Presence in Operational Systems.

Unified Communications and presence has been a great advantage to me in keeping our orders accurate and timely.  When ever I review orders I have sybmitted to the order team, if I see something that is not quite right, I know right away who to contact to get it modified and I know how to reach them quickly. No more hunting for the right person and how reach them.
