IP Convergence: Beyond VoIP, Beyond Cost Savings

One of the exciting aspects of tieing our systems into "Presence" is the enhanced potential for synergistic collaboration... with the advent of "Chat Bots" and "Context Aware" searching I can see the day in the near future (this year perhaps) where a question typed online or even in Office Communicator might route to an available expert based on their current or recent activity (OutLook Schedule) and Presence. 

For example... you might have been in a meeting with 3M and Global Crossing employees two weeks ago and need to talk with one of your co-workers but you can't remember the name of that guy from Denver... Pop open Communicator... bring up the search bot contact and type "Let me talk with someone available from Global Crossing who was in my 3M meeting in the last week or two"...  All of a sudden the interplay between our various backoffice systems becomes very powerful and enabling!
