Google vs Microsoft

Currently Microsoft has the 1st mover advantage as they announced their plans to purchase Tell Me. 

Google may make a play and start a bidding war,  or attempt to seek their own alternative to Tell Me (organic or inorganic).

Either case,  the concept of how a 411 service (US directory services) may change and become a marketing revenue generator.
